This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, contributing to the growth and success of our company.


The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with an interest in developing their skills and knowledge in Financial Technology. They will bring a creative mindset to contribute to marketing campaigns while also showcasing strong organisational skills to support the team in achieving targets. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, coupled with a positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional customer service, will make the ideal candidate a valuable addition to our team.

About the Role:

As Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will be:

  • Assisting the Operations team with administrative tasks, including maintaining client databases, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales materials.
  • Collaborating with sales representatives to generate leads, conduct market research, and identify potential clients.
  • Aiding in the creation and customisation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Supporting the marketing team in executing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email) to promote our products and services.
  • Contributing to content creation, including marketing materials, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Assist in tracking marketing analytics and preparing reports to measure campaign performance.
  • Engaging with clients to provide information on products/services, address inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting in coordinating and organising client events, webinars, or product demonstrations.
  • Assisting in coordinating internal meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.

Your skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in sales, marketing, or a related role within the financial or technology sector is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Hubspot is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise assignments, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.

Any of the following would be a bonus:

  • Knowledge or experience in the financial technology, technology, or finance industries highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications in marketing, such as Google Ads or HubSpot Inbound Marketing, are highly desirable.
  • Content Creation: Proficiency in creating and editing various types of content, including blog posts, videos, and whitepapers.
  • Graphic Design: Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
